what will you do when you tired?except sleep...

Recently i was learning english everyday,sometimes i even hate it,at this time i think i may be tired,i need to have a rest,then i will take a shower or walk around outside.what about you,when you have learned or worked for a long time and you were tired,what do you do?

just relax,listen to the music,take bath and have a good sleep. yeah,it can fresh ourselves. come on and keep learning.

Usually I get to sleep. But when I can handle it, I will find interesting activity that I love to do. I will go to some places just for sightseeing or just talking with the people that with them I can feel free to laugh and cry. If there's impossible so I will get some tea, listening to my favourite song and trying to get relax.

Hi Zhao, I'd either sleep, or just laze around, watch TV or read a book. This will relax me, and if I'm not too tired, I'd continue with my work.

Hi there zhaosonghan! Most of the time, I really get tired especially at the end of the day. Normally, I would take a nap to re-energize after lunch. When I get tired and really exhausted, I try to divert my attention to things that I really love and enjoy doing. By doing so, I get to forget about how exhausted I am. For example, I would grab a book and read. Or, I would play with my dogs who help in keeping me up and about.

Except sleeping i have nothing to do which makes me stress free. When i am tired i really go to sleep automatically even if i dont want to. According to me If some one is tired they must sleep and regenerate the power and effort wasted into their body. One must never eat and sleep though but yes, sleeping is the best thing i can do to get my wasted energy back to my body.

usually after work, especially just when I had a hard day, I head to the grocery to buy a bar of snickers and my favorite chips, these are my comfort foods, snickers alone is the perfect anti-stress for me, hehe. back at home, i watch tv while eating my comfort foods..

I have lived in America all my life so of course I am fluent in English. However it must be hard for someone like yourself to learn the language. I believe English to not be very easy to learn for a lot of people. When I get tired I usually try to walk around a little bit and get the circulation going or get something to drink. Taking a shower is not a bad idea either.

I usually just lay down in bed when i get tired.Or watch tv while sitting on the couch.Drink alot of water and relax.In that way i could gain more resistance to work again.
