Dear Prashnth, i dont know your life style. I am just telling you some general tips. It may be helpful to you. First of all stop drinking coffee or tea after 6 pm. Stop smoking if you are a smoker after 6 pm. Then listen to some slow and melodious songs when you are going to bed. I do all the above and one more thing i am doing when my head is thinking a lot when i am going sleep. So i will start counting numbers starting from zero in mind. Before i reach 100 i will be in deep sleep. Try this. All the best.

My husband also has a hard time getting to bed at night and he needs to get up early for work every morning during the week. Somehow he manages it. I wonder if you are drinking too much caffeine throughout the day. That could be a source of your problem. Try to go to bed the same time every night and start a routine of it. I think having a television in the bedroom is also not a good idea, if you happen to have it there. Maybe even a warm bath an hour or so before retiring to bed. Good luck.
