Some questions about Ebay

Although I like shopping via the net, but I have never shopped in Ebay. Few days ago I bought stamps from Ebay because I wanted to give them as a gift to the doctor who is so responsible and kind to me. I paid for the stamps but I don't know when the seller sends it. It seems there is no way to check for it. Ebay seems to be so complicated for me. Can anybody tell me what to do? I would like to contact the buyer because I want to know whether the stamps are on the way.

There will be a "Contact the seller" email option on the "My Ebay" Homepage for your purchase and selling info.In my experience,(150 rating) you get most purchases within a week. You have the option of rating the transaction afterwards under "feedback",and can score the seller on communication, speed of delivery, and accuracy of description of the item you bought...good luck!

I got it and thanks a lot! From the website I often shop, it will advise me when the product I bought was sent. I think it's much more convenient. Somewhat Ebay is pretty slow in my side now.

I'd mostly buy from Ebay "Shops" now, rather than individuals..the Shops try and keep their ratings high by letting you know your item is on the way..of course, private sellers like good ratings too!

maybe u can complain to the buyer or sth? i think it's irresponsible of them to leave us hanging after receivin the money. u can go flag him/her as a not reliable seller.

I already sent a feedback to the buyer and hopefully I can receive the reply soon. I am just not sure when the seller will send me the stamps, or the seller already sent it.

Hi youless, My husband has a lot of transactions at ebay, cellphones, clothes etc and he received it all..I guess there is a way for you to send a message to the seller, just go to your account and look for it! I am sure you will just get it!

hello youless if you know a lot about ebay, you will find it is not difficult to buy something there.I think you should contact the seller directly for the details Just 1,login in your account, open the item your bought from the seller 2,choose the contact the seller option in the choices. 3,ask the seller how and when he sent you the stamples,if it is trackable on line, please let him send you the tracking number and tracking websit. Good luck to you.

In this aspect I still prefer to Taobao. Because its system will tell you all the details about the delivery.
