A Tropical Typhoon Hit Me Today

I swear, you and your sweet tooth..lol. They sound good, but I don't eat candy too much. I have tried Mike and Ikes before and I've also tried the hot tamales, those are good. I'll let my nephew know about the Tropical ones, he'll try them, he can't stay away from candy either, he thinks he's gonna die if he don't get his daily dose of sugar..lol.

You have me wanting them now geez thanks Grandpa Bob! I have had every other kind but this oe it looks so good gonna now have to get me some. It's cool you like the kinds of things I do hey let's have a party call everyone and let's eat mmmm.... Have extra of those at the party will ya? lol enjoy them while they last. :)

Mike and Ike's are my daughter-in-law's favorite kind of candy so I'll have to go out and get her some...might sneak a few myself! They do sound delicious!

haha.. i see what u mean. Well, for a second I thought the typhoon that was sweeping through Hong Kong 2 days ago had also affected you. All those miles away! The typhoon that hit hong kong was an especially strong one. measuring 8 on the typhoon scale, and the scale only ranges from 1 to 8 so you can imagine what that meant! thankfully there were early warnings and thus not many people were adversely affected. people just stayed indoors. lots of flights were cancelled or delayed though. think the airlines must have been real busy after that trying to make up for lost time. my friend working in hong kong also didn't have to go to work. those with remote access could just work from home.

hi grandpa bob,sup?..you really sound like a happy person..its nice to exchange words and opinions with a person like ya[hehehe].i myself is a sweet tooth,i love chocolates and candies..i always have one on my bag and in my car..but sadly,i have never tried any of those candies you've mentioned above.whaa hu hu hu]..my mouth is watery and i can't wait to have a taste of the candies you were talking about.Gaaah,i don't think it's available to any of the supermarkets i go to..hmmn,probably,its not yet available here or maybe it's just available to a very few places where they really sell expensive or imported stuff[and i don't go to those places..lol]..but i'll try to ask my friends if they know a place where i can buy one..i'd like to have a taste of it too..[gheghegheghe]..heaps GpB..="^_^"=

I have had the traditional Mike and Ikes, but not the Tropical Typhoon. I really really like the Hot Tamales.

the hot tamales are my favorite. I buy them all the time and eat them all myself. I never tryed the tropical typhoon but all the new flavors sound good.

I have had the Mike and Ike hot Tamales and that is about it. I will have to try the tropical ones sometime. I am not much of a candy eater anymore for some reason or the other.

Ike and Mike are like now a laters they come in different flavors. Some of the flavors that Mike and Ike have they don't have in any other candy except the jelli bellies.

I'm not a big fan of Hot Tamales. But anything else Mike and Ike, I can't get enough of.

i have tried the hot tamales but not the normal mike and ikes. but that new one you are talking about, the tropical typhoon sounds real yummy.

I thought you were talking about the weather!! I have never heard of Mike and Ike candies so I really can not tell you if I like them or not. I just think that it is unfair that you all seem to get so much better sweets than we do in UK. I think that our sweets are so boring. I remember being 15 and visiting florida, and I think I was in heaven with the choice of sweeties there were!

I am glad that was the only typhoon that hit you. I have not tried any of the new Mike and Ike candies. But I tell ya it really sounds very good!! ** Will-power** Kicking in!!! Must NOT let Grandpa Bob Tempt me with candy to cheat on my diet!! LOL

My kids would love this. They love Mike and Ikes and love tropical flavors so this is a great addition to their line.

I have not tried Mike and Ike candies. *I wonder if they are available in Canada or whether they can be shipped?" I guess not. I will have to look on the web site to see if they are available in Walmart up here. I really should not eat that many candies, but these are delicious and I think I am going to like the Hot Tamales.

Would you believe that I have never had Mike and Ike candies of any kind. I have seen them many times, but never tried them. I just may buy a box tomorrow when I go shopping.

I have not seen the tropical typhoon flavors but they sound good. I have not had any Mike and Ike's in awhile and yes, I used to love the Hot Tamales,they were so good. I might need to try some of those hot tamales again.

I used to love Mike and Ike candy! Unfortunately, with all my bridgework and fillings, I try to avoid chewy candy. Too bad, because those sound like wonderful flavors!! Maybe if I ate them very carefully....
