I have no problem going to sleep after dinking coffee. When I want to go to sleep, I go to sleep. When I want to wake up, I wake up. I drink quite a bit of coffee, but not enough that the caffeine gets to me. I like the coffee at The Second Cup. I ind the stuff from Starbucks to be way too powerful.

Actually coffee makes me sleepy so I wouldn't drink it if I wanted to be awake to study or for work. I don't know why I have this certain reaction with coffee and same with energy drinks. They're suppose to wake or energize you up but instead I feel the opposite.

It's late as I'm editing this response, and I have my Second mug of coffee at my elbow, and fully intend to finish it before bed! I think I'd need to hit the espressos or something more potent to keep me awake,or even something highly caffeinated,as regular brew doesn't do it for Me,either..

I love my coffee whether night or day. Coffee dosn't keep me awake at night I can go to sleep just fine with drinking it. I know it also works great after a few cups to help me wake up in the morning and get me going on what ever it is I have to do for the day. I'm glad coffee dosn't dosn't effect me in any which way for I would be so lost with out it if I could only have it dureing the morning and mid day hours. :)
