Is it okay to speak a foreign language infront of someone that does not undertand?

No I don't think it is okay to do that if both of you understand and speak english. But if one of the person does not speak english well, then there's no choice.

But what if there were 3 of you? 2 that speak the same language and 1 that doesn´t?

i dont think its approperiate its kinda rude and its like telling secrets infront of your friends and shouldnt do it.

If there are 3 people there who understands English, then it will be rude if 2 of them spoke in a foreign language betweem themselves. If no, then i think it's understandble to speak in foreign language under the circumstances
