Do you have a favorite book or author? How many of their titles have you read.? If only one book is your favorite what is the title and how many times have you read it. Has it been made into a movie did you like or dislike the movie if it was?

my favorite book has to be the Bible. i am reading it everyday. it is like reading a love letter from the owner and perfecter of my faith. i havent read the whole book itself. but i find it so very nice to read. GOD is talking to me personally through it. in this time of uncertainties, it is good to know that somewhere out there, SOMEONE is listening and is taking care of me, and of us too... if you have the time, try also reading the Bible. it will be good for you and your life as well. you will be surely be guided and will have the wisdom to move on in life. it will be your source of strength. and most of all, it is your way to connect to the LORD....have a nice day! please read it!

My favourite book is "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" by Richard Bach. It is a short story about a seagull that seeks to become the best he can be in terms of flying rather than be a normal seagull that lives purely to fight for food and eat. By taking this approach he finds others like him and spiritual perfection. I have read it many, many times and never get bored of it. If it has been made into a movie I am not aware of it or have seen it.

My favourite book is "The Secret Garden". It is a childrens book that I received when I was about 10 years old, and then have read over and over. I can't even wait to read it to my daughter. It has been made into a movie at least three times, but one is better than the others.

I've a number of favourite books and authors; one of my favourites was 'Tuesday with Morrie' by Mith Alborn. It is the story of a man who knew that he was dying, but yet aimed to live out the rest of his days with such dignity and meaning. One of the few books that I've read, and still remained fresh in my mind!

I have read most of Larry McMurtry, Barbra Delinsky, Joy Fielding, John Sauls's, Jodi Piccoult's and Harlan Coben's books. I got a good chunk of James Patterson's books read as do I with David Balducci's books.

A lot of Mcmurtry's books are made into movies such as Lonesome Dove and Terms of Endearment. Oh I also have read all of John Grisham's books except for one.
