It's a known fact, a picture is more expressive than a thousand words. It represents us, a state of mind, a mood in a certain moment...
What is the story of your avatar picture, here in myLot - if you have one?
I've just change my avatar picture, now it's a sunset that i've captured traveling through my country, Romania (Sighisoara). Peaceful, calm... one of my favorites photos.

My avatar picture is a photo of me standing in gorgeous countryside. It shows me happy doing one of my hobbies and that is walking. That day was a lovely walk up a hill seeing picturesque views and through scenic countryside. I really like your avatar photo for I really enjoy seeing sunsets. I have been to the charming medieval city of Sighisoara and really liked it there. I found the architecture interesting and the streets most charming. I enjoyed my time in Romania very much indeed. Yes, I believe a picture can be more expressive than words. It is fascinating to read the reason why My Lot members chose their avatar.

It was a pleasant surprise to know that you've been to Romania and liked it. It is indeed a beautiful country with many superb places to see, regardess we're talking about Prahova Valey, Ardeal or the Black Sea.
And is indeed interesting to know what is the story behind our myLot avatars.

my picture is of My husband and I back when we first got together....We have been together 8 years now, Married 1.5 years, and have an almost 5 year old son....

I'm determined to learn how to post a photo, but until I learn that, I just tried to replace that ugly green head with a pretty flower. One of these days, it'll be changed too a photo.

Well, most of the time I have been an Active member here in myLot, my avatar has been a picture of me. This picture is over 2 yrs. old now, but it is still me, so if people want to know what I look like they never have to wonder either. I used to change mine as well quite often, but chose to stick with this one for the most part as well.

My avatar and my screenname here on mylot both match. My name is danishcanadian, and my avatar are the two flags (Danish and Canadian) together. My mother was born in Denmark, and my father was born in Canada, therefore I'm half Danish, half Canadian.
