I'm an 18 year old man suffering from obesity. I feel extremely tired every day, sometimes all day long...A walk of 100 meters make me feel very exhausted..Why do I always feel tired? What are the possible cause of my fatigue?

I agree with norman7 that you should see a doctor. There are many reasons you may feel tired all the time and some of them could be dangerous. Congestive heart failure, thyroid problems, anemia, high blood pressure are just a few. I'm not trying to scare you... well, maybe I am. You won't know until you go to a doctor. Obesity can cause fatigue but it can also be a result of fatigue brought on by something else.

I agree! You need to get out an exercise. If you don't and stay obese, then you will always feel tired.

Let me tell you some of my experience. You are very young and full of spirits.According to your state,I think you shpuld make a plan of exercises.Get up early and go to bed early. On the morning, you can do some running and take a walk in the evening. After a month, things will get better. Please have a try.Because life depends on training.

HI slepart, That is normal when you're not used but just be patient and stick to your goal..If there is a chance for you to do swimming as well as gym, grab that opportunity also!
