I know what I should eat, but I can't eat the foods I wanted to eat... I'm having a hard time eating vegetables, I know this can help me on my bowel problems... I have tried it several times, but I end up vomiting. I think it is more on psychological problems... What do you think? Any suggestion please?

Maybe if you try eating a limited amount of vegetables at first, then slowly increasing the amount, it would help. It's hard to change a diet all at once. If you can only eat a tablespoon of vegetables, that's a start. Next time, eat a tablespoon and a half, then two tablespoons until you're eating a full serving. Then working on getting another full serving. We need about 5 servings a day, but most people (me included!) don't get them on a regular basis.
