Hey all, do you guys know if exercising on the exercise is good for the back and also for burning fat on the lower stomach. I know some cyclists who still have a 'lot' of belly fat even though they are compete nationally. Also, how many calories does 20 minutes on a bike burn? thanks in advance ;)

When cycling your legs are getting the most of the workout so that explains why they have bellies. People should however not have belly fat if they are active cyclists since people do that in warm weather. When your older though it seems like you just can't get rid of belly fat. Your metabilism goe down hill.

I am not sure of all the parts of the body the exercise bike works on but I think the legs and the lower stomach areas would be getting the best of the workout...
