I think it has been jproven that chocolate is good for you. particularly dark choclolate, it is a major antioxidant. I like it alot and will eat it often. Milk chocolate isnt quite as good as it contains alot of butter and sugar. I think all choclate elevates the mood so it is good from that perspective. I like it.

I totally agree...that's why I stick to dark chocolate to avoid the dairy fat and sugar and get more antioxidants...I also think it's just tastier and more flavorful.

Chocolate is good for me as it makes me happy after consuming one. I think there is nothing harmful with it like in any other food, just make sure to take it in moderation. As we all know anything that is over is not good.

How such a tasty thing can be harmful. It has been proved that chocolate is good for health. It increases the release of hormone which gives the feeling of pleasantness. But excess of anything is bad so an optimum amount is good but in excess it can give dental caries. So one must consume it in moderation.

hi... consuming chocolates do have a vey few advantages and many disadvantages. it really helps u to feel good when u r low. i tried it just yest. its really tasty,anytime u see it ur mouth waters. but,they contain lot of calories,they play a major role in causing cavities,they also cause pimples...

I've read at many places that chocolate is not bad for u're health .......infact i read an article in one newspaper and it said that eating dark chocolate improves the working of our brain ..i don't know if its true or not
