Ya i agree with you. Sleep for few hours can make us feel refreshing and energetic. But some of my friends sleep whole day then they tell me they feel energetic. It is really weird. Lol.

Well there's nothing wrong with sleeping. It helps your body to recharge. I would also do that especially on weekends I try to get as much sleep as I could to prepare myself for the work the next week. I usually feel I am deprived of it during working days that is why I take advantage of the days we are free from work.

ya, this is absolutely fine that when you are on leave you feel like sleeping more as you work whole week and have to getup early morning and go to your job. yes i agree with you.

Sleeping to me is just a way to relax your tired mind and/or body. When I do feel sleepy, I sleep. I don't usually count the time for how long I am sleeping or when I am sleeping. Sleeping in night or day doesn't really matter to me. But science says we have a particular biological clock which is different from person to person and he/she who follows this routine get the most benefits out of eating, sleeping or other deeds which we do regularly. Anyway, I will follow this when I am a touch older, right now it's time to sleep only when you feel to and nothing more. Who cares for a routine when you're young?.. :P

I like sleeping but I don't do it very much anymore. With young kids I have to get up early. When I finally get them to sleep is when I spend my time doing all the stuff I want to do and I always stay up to late. I think I am getting about 5 hours a night. I am never tired late at night, but during the day I sure am.
