Do You Think Shawn Michaels Is the Greatest Wrestler Ever?

I think hes the best i've ever seen with all the great matches hes had. When Hulk Hogan beat him with a leg drop I was like thats it. Hes never gone down that easy. You don't see him getting involved in commercials or movies because he devotes himself entirely to wrestling. He did however have a acting role in the movie called the Heartbreak Kid. He was danceing in the background and had no other role in the movie. I think Shawn Michaels got a big majority of his fame when he came back in 2003 and thereafter but his greatest matches were in the 90s before his back injury that forced him to retire at the time.

Yes I believe that HBK is one of the greatest wrestlers ever lived, inline with Bret Heart, Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker, etc. I was just so saddened of what happened to him during their match with Chris Jericho. It was just a very cheap shot Jericho did to him that caused HBK to damage hir retina, maybe eventually would cause him his career..He's one of the best!

I dont think shawn was really injured in the match between himself and chris Jericho in the Great American Bash. I dont think the punches that jericho made to him on his eyes in the match are real one. One who intakes all those punches especially in a already injured eye, would most probably die.. hahaha.... The moves are fake.. Last week I attended one magic show and a magician, punched his mouth continuously till he bleed. After a minute, he was 100% alright than he was before. It was just in a minute. haha.... When a local magician of my city could do it, wouldn't WWE the million dollar company, would do it? wouldn't WWE be having the world's best Magician with them and let them teach the wrestlers how to not get any pain or any injury when a particular move has been made??

HBK is a greatest wrestler. i too accept. but he is a idiotic selfish person.
what you give; what you get;
thats the thing happening here. he insulted Bret hart during classic days as much bad he can. he also talked bad about Stephanie connecting with Bret. the complete truth why he talked bad about Stephanie is she is a Bret hart fan. see how selfish shawn is.
k leave all those things.. if u all say that being they are enemy hbk used words against bret, then answer to my this question. will a great wrestler will hurt any countrys flag?
but hbk did. he used canada flag for cleaning his nose, rubbing his face, leaving it inside his pants and taking out. he did all he can to insult the Canadian flag and the hearts of canadians.
So i am much happy he is much destroyed by batista in stretcher match. also whenever he is insulted by jericho. these are nothing if we compare hbk how he insulted Bret hart during those days.
Long live Bret hart & Hart foundation...

I accept Shawn Michael Is the Greatest Wrestler Ever But I am not Happy with wwe storyline they are not giving title shot to Hbk....

of course Shawn Michaels is one of the greatest wrestlers in the world ... Not the greastest but of the !
like other people said : in the line with HOGAN , ULTIMATE WARRIOR , MACHO MAN , MILLION DOLLAR MAN , ANDRE THE GIANT , UNDERTAKER , STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN etc.

Come on now. Hogan carried around the big responsibility of carrying the torch for years. He was WWE Champion for 4 straight years(1984-1988). During the 80s and early 90s nobody matched his popularity. That certainly says something about his greatness.

I will have to agree that he is one of the greatest of all time. I don't think he is the greatest but he is definately one of the greatest. He has had a lot of great matches. He had very good ladder matches and he was the co-creater of DX one of the best groups to be in the WWE ever. I think this question is kind of hard to answer of who is the best wrestler ever because there have been so many of them from Bret Hart to Stone Cold, The Rock, Undertaker, Ric Flair and many more so is kind of hard. Ric Flair said in his Hall Of Fame Induction that the greatest wrestler in the history of the WWE was Stond Cold Steve Austin but a lot of people think that also Bret Hart is the greatest. I think this question can't be answer but we just know that Shawn Michaels is one of the greatest ever.

I really don't think that Bret Hart was good in interviews and the undertaker really didn't say much except when he was a biker but than again the matches are more important. I would say the best in interviews would either be Stonecold or Ric Flair. There both on the same level interview wise in my opinion. When Shawn Michaels came back he was still great but not as good as he was in 95 to 97. Those 3 years I don't think anybody compared to Shawn Michaels.

Shawn Michaels is a fabulous wrestler and I would say that he is line with some of the best. He is one of my favorites and I hate to see what is going on with him right now. However, I do think that the eye injury was real and I think that he is going to leave wrestling for a while.
