Do You Leave A Tip In A Restaurant?

I only tip when they gave me good service... If the waiter was unfriendly he/she gets no tip of me...

Wow, I cant help but notice how rude some of you people are. Do you know that most waitstaff only makes about $2.00 an hour. Now dont get me wrong, I dont like to tip on terrible service, but if your waitstaff truly does their job then you should leave them a tip. Do you really think a person can survive on just $2.00 an hour??? I just dont see how you can go to a place, get waited on hand and foot, dirty the place up, and not leave at least a buck for the person that slaved over you.

I always do. If the service was good to excellent they get more than 15%. If if was poor, they are lucky to get 10%. I figure that is how I can let them know if they were good or not!
