We need to eat more fresh fruit.

Fruit is very important in our diet. Too often, we do not eat enough fresh fruit. Apples, oranges, nectarines, strawberries, bananas, and grapes are some delicious fruit that come to mind. Different fruits are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. We should make sure that we have at least four to five helpings of fruit daily.

Fruits are an integrate source of vitamins , proteins , minerals to our body. The diverse variety of fruits all of them are helpful in some or the way in the smooth funtioning of the body . Especially there is a famous quote saying that" an apple a day keeps the doctor away " which clearly tells the effectiveness of the fruits .

Yall want to no that I eat tons of fruit and I am always feeling awesome but some of the time I get a bit sick. Yeah but as long as I am havin fruit I am really really happy. But the best fruit is guava...................hawaiin guava
