well, you can self-massage your shoulders or get it massaged. it will help. you can also do some shoulder stretching. certain yoga postures are aimed to relieve shoulder pain and cure other shoulder problem. you can try them.

Yea, I usually have it massaged. Then I put a heat pack on the area. I normally spend many hours a day at my computer, get that pain often. The best thing is to take normal breaks from the computer.

i had the same experience. but now i feel much better because i have a good way to solve the problem. why do we feel pain in the should because we put the mouse on the desk and the arm should be always in a fixed posture. now i put the mouse pad on my lap, i feel more comfortable with the mouse put in this way.

Massage your shoulder with your fingertips! Also stretch your arms slowly. It will help. Also maybe take one aspirin and drinka lot of water. A warm bath can help too.

I have had pain in my right shoulder muscle and the pain slowly traveled down my arm.If you bend your neck back to see the monitor,it is too high.If you bend your neck down, your monitor it is too low.Let your head rest naturally and it will tilt slightly forward.I f your armrests are too high, you will be raising and tensing your shoulders up and creating pain.We can also create tense neck and shoulder muscles due to the straight arm reach to the keyboard and mouse,so in this case remove the armrests. As always rest every 10 minutes for 10 seconds.Stand up and stretch often, this will relax your mind and body.Live comfort.

Hi it sounds as though it is sometihng like the typists get,the repetitive strain injury,I sometimes have shoulder pains if I have carried anything too heavy,or had too long sat at the computer screen, but I will go and take two ibuprofen and then the pain seems to go away,it is not so much a pain as a dull ache,a bit like toothache
