Does price matter with SSL Certificates?

Does anyone know? I've done a bit of searching, and there are several places that offer cheaper SSL certificates when compared to the industry-standard Verisign. However, I'm not sure if there's any significant quality differences between those and Verisign. I know it probably depends on the client I'm servicing, but if this isn't the most sensitive data in the world, is it reasonable to pick the cheaper ones?

Hi Mavicont, I'm not into these things. I can only share you my layman's view. If your client size is huge then going to the big name would be a good idea and may cover the cost. But if its not then as long as you have selected wisely among the economical ones and as long as you can provide sufficient protection for your clients, your sales agents will do the rest.
