Do You Eat Apple How?

Do u like to eat apple. In the morning,afternoon,evening or night. Do you think raw apple is good health or pealed apple. Where I am , there is agenral belief that apple what ever costly may be. You must peel the apple before you eat it. I also believe that when ever you want to eat fruit, it may be atleast 2 hours after your usual meal or before 2 hours you taken your lunch or dinner. Bacuase they digestation system wants some energe to digest the fruit or any thing we eat. What do you think about it. Peeled or Raw please share.

at school,i would like to eat apple with peal because it is relatively convenient. at home ,i choose to get rid of its peal and eat the fresh fruit only.there is an old saying goes like this,one apple a day,you will stay away with doctor.it means that apples do good to our body and health.i often eat fruit one hour before meals or in the afternoon after taking nap.yeah,it is not helpful to eat fruits immediately after having meals.it is hard for the stomach to digest.

Hello Apples aren't my favourite fruit, but I am eating a lot of them lately as I am doing a raw vegan eating style and raw apples are easy and cheaper than some other fruits I like like pears and pawpaw. I get organic apples and I must say they are delicious, I wash them and eat them with their peel on. I eat them in the morning when I wake up, getting ready for work or when I get to work. I have between 1 - 3 apples a day especially when I don't have time to make a meal. Sometimes I will have one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Sometimes I will wash one, put it in a bag and leave it beside my bed so I can have it as soon as I wake up after a glass of water. It is like breakfast in bed and I heard that apples wake you up more than coffee! Recently I had a lot of apples left over so I had them in juices with ginger and lime, sometimes with carrot, celery and ginger and maybe orange. Grated apple is also good to have with oats, you can even have raw oats or grains, soaked overnight or slightly sprouted, process them a litle, add grated apples and sultanas and even orange juice and cinnamon. If you are eating apples take care not to eat the seeds as these are supposed to have arsenic, that is more important than not eating the skin. In regards to the skin it would normally be better to eat skin as it would mean you are getting all the nutrients but if you think they are too dirty or have too many chemical then you will have to peel them.

What a vegegirl. Is it your name or surname. From which country u are. I think there is plenty of apples. Are u a working girl, young or matured. If matured It will be better if you start eating fruit in the Brakefast instead of stuffy material or fast food. It will be more healthy. I am now a days doing brakefast with fruit seasonal available mostly fiber fruit. Do you like to share personal and business affairs if so sign me up we can have better exchange of views and openion. Hello, An ideal breakfast is the meal that brighten up your day.so in every morning a bowl of fruits or a glass of fruits juice or vegetable soup will be best for you.Eating an apple a day keeps the doctor away.so naturally everybody's liking is an apple daily,peeled or unpeeled is your choice,but for me it is always a peeled apple.thanx.

I like to eat apples with the skin. This is the way that i think it is the healthiest. There is alot of fiber in the skin of an apple. I think it is good for health purposed to eat fruit skin and all whenever possible. The same thing goes for potatoes.

hi i think raw apple tastes better than peeled...it is also good for our health.. we can eat apples or any other fruit after our meals...it is good for patients and also good for pregnants and for children... try and taste aplle with some powdered pepper ..really it tastes good

My mother used to tell me that apple trees are susceptible to bacterial diseases and insect pests. Many orchards uses high chemical sprays to maintain good quality of apple. She also told me that apple are very nutritions and should remember the quote "an apple a day drives the doctor away" It has Vitamin C and antioxidant that could help reduce those with colon cancer and lung cancer. It does not contain cholesterol and has fiber and could help me to lose some weight. The skin itself is good, when you eat it. But if you are unsure of the orchard it came from, better yet, do not eat the skin, you have to peel it off, rather than eating those insecticides or chemicals they have sprayed on the fruit. Eat it raw, apple is good when you eat it as a fruit. Vitamins are eliminated once to cook it with vegetables, soup, cake, etc.

Afteral mothers are mothers, she is right in saying have an apple a day and keep the doctor away. Your view point of being effected with insecticides and pestisides. It is advisible to wash it thoroughly and eat with skin it is more useful. Have nice day.

i Like it peeled because I don't like the taste of the skin of the apple, It's kinda bitter. But at times i try to eat its skin because it is said that the nutrients of the apple is somewhere in the skin, so I try not to peel it.

I agree with your opinion,let's eat apples at least 2 hours after our usualmeal or before 2 hours we take our meals.But I suggest raw applws.Because there's much vitamine on the peel.
