PREPARE: I do not know what your profession is but the way I prepare for them is think of the questions they are going to ask you. Give me an example of a time you where at work, encountered a problem, and how you fixed the problem. Give me an example of a time that you went "above or beyond" what the job called for. I think most interviews are wanting to know past work expierences and how you handled them. Plus to get to know you personally. DRESS CODE: Depends on what job you are applying for I suppose. You probably want to take out any major peircings if it is a job where you might handle lots of costomers. I usually like to appear nicely dressed but comfortable. Not to flashy but certainly not grungy. Would have been easier if you would have gave us a little information of your profession though.

Hi sir, actually i completed BE(IT) fresher looking for a job. I went to Wipro company at 11:00 clock. They were asking questions not in a good mood. They were not showing any interest towards my answers. Finally when i ask to give the job details he told that i will inform you later. So i am really shocked and i didnt tell anything to him on that time simply i came outside with full of sad.

Hi sir, thanks for replying to my descussion, actually i completed BE(IT) fresher looking for a job. I went to attend the interview to Wipro company at 11:00am. The Interviewer was not in a good mood on that time for that only he is not asking in smooth way. When i was answering to that question, he was not in mood to listen. Then i thought that i won't select in this company. When i asked about the details of job profile, he told he will call me back. Then i really felt very bad.

the dress code? just look neat, simple, and professional. i presume you're a man so you would likely be wearing a pair of black slacks, a striped or plain long sleeves ( no need to wear tie), and black leather shoes ( your socks should be black and long). Wearing earrings or any piercing is a no-no. Your haircut should be short and clean.if you wear perfume or body spray, do not over do it, it might get into the nose of the interviewer and shoo you. also, make sure your face is clean so you need to shave off your beard or mustache. and also bring a clean hanky to wipe off your tension. on the other hand, be prepared and be knowledgeable. know what you are applying for and the company.and know the answer to this: describe yourself. so are you ready?

I am an Human Resource Manager and I interview people all of the time. Depending on the company is how you are going to dress. If it is a professional company you will want to dress professionally. If you are interviewing for a factory or labor position then I would think that you can wear casual pants and a dress shirt. Make sure no matter what you wear it is clean and ironed. I wouldn't wear jeans or tshirts. Make sure you smile, be positive and upbeat. Act like you want the job and answer the questions as best you can. Make eye contact when talking and don't chew gum. Don't bad mouth your previous company and don't give information about your personal life. An employer should not ask about your personal life so don't offer the information to them. For example if you tell someone that you have small children, they may think that you will miss work to take care of them. Don't be afraid to ask questions. When you ask questions about the job it shows them that you are interested. Good Luck.

this is simple. 1 dress business. meaning suit. 2 the best way to prepare is to make a list of questions you think they might ask and then practice replying to them 3 during the interview be calm, confident and smile
