Turning off your cell phone

Well my cellphone's usually on, but it's always in silent/vibra mode. So that I don't miss anything when something comes up. :

I used to be like you, never turned off my cell. phone... Longest I've gone without turning my cell. phone off was about 3 years... Eventually, my battery just burnt out... Then I bought a new battery & charged it over night, then left it on for another 2 years or so... In that 5 years or so, I think I turned it off, or it got turned off, about 10 times & that was because the battery ran out of juice... One of them was because of the reason I mentioned above... Now, I turn my cell. phone off once every 3 - 4 days...

ya...it kinda worries me a lot...when i turn off the phone...i get worried bout who would have called and all that sort of things....so imake sure that ...the battery of ma phone is in good condition....

[b]there are times that i turn my phone off when i just had an argument with my boyfriend (even with my pasts) and i don't feel like reading messages or answering calls coming from them. but when i have no fights with my boyfriend i always keep it open not even on a silent mode. well i do put them on a silent mode when i am at work and text messages wont stop from coming until the sound irritates me. i only feel like turning it off when i happen to realize that it has been open for more than 24 hours so i turn if off then turn it on again. haha! im weird right? haha! well a cellphone freak and i like communicating with other people with my cellphone. it is more convenient rather than talking for hours on the phone.[/b]

we have a cell phone we turn our of at night when we go to bed hehe to save on the batter

Cell phones are for our use, for me I am like you I don't turn it off in any place I went, just put it on vibrate if I need to do that, maybe some good calls come while I turn it off, and I don't want to loss this good call. Have a nice day.

I never turn my cell phone off. When I am in the movie house or in a training or meeting, I just put it in vibra mode. The only time I turn it off is when I want to make it "rest" --- but that will last for just about 3 minutes at the most. Sometimes, I also let the battery drain real well, like about once or twice a month. At night, I make sure my phone is in vibra or at least the lowest volume ust in case there's an emergency. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and I check my phone for any message.

I ever turned of my cell phone when I go to bed and turn on it when I wake up. But when I met my wift several years ago, I haven't turn off my phone even at night. Although her seldom call me deep at night, I believe it is my responsible to let her reach me any time.
