I can't write!

I have resolved to post here a more meaningful and with sense type of response and discussions. so last night before I went to sleep, armed with a pen and a paper, i started jotting down some topics that interests me. To my amazement I can't write! I was only up to 2, 3 words when i felt my hands was shaky and I kinda lose control on it. They got tired easily and it's hard to write. I had a hard time controlling my fingers. I wonder, is it the toll of being on the keyboard for long? Have you tried again writing long letters using a pen and paper? when was the last time? MIne was last night and it was so tiring.
