Recently,I eat more than usually for almost 2weeks .And my weight is grow up 2KG suddenly.I'm amazedly very much.I stay up in the evening and get up earlier than usural,because a baby who cries all the time and stays at our home a little days.But the weight grow too much.I don't know if the weight tool bad .

insufficient sleep also will lead you to gain weight,so we have to sleep as many as 6 hours at least one day,8 maybe greater.controlling the amount of diet is a key factor to lose weight.if you cant help eating more than before,then you should take exercises to consume those overdue fat and sugar.i sometimes eat more than usual,and i will feel not so comfortable after eating,so i will walk for a long distance to release them in the form of sweat.i am also troubled by my weight,shape,my parents want me to lose some weight,so it will look more beautiful and smart.i try to take exercises one hour everyday. take care.

Oh,ths very much.I know this regular till now.I thought sleeping less or be tired will lose weight.Before time,I don't gain weight very easily,even I eat more sometimes.So,maybe you are right,sleeping is the key factor.Tks very much again.

I find that vinegar is a good thing for our body.It has many good ways to us.Whitten,lose weight and good for our stomach.Hehe.Tks very much.

1)Try to avoid milk products like butter and cheese. 2)Stay away from chocolates and ice creams. 3)Try to do exercises everyday.If you 1 hour exercise a day it will do. 4)Sleep for at least eight hours. You will definitely lose your weight.

Sleepping less would let me be fatter?I thought I sleep no more than 8 hs will be thinner.Oh.I know,I should have a regulary life.
