Candle wax on the carpet? don't worry, use air dryer to melt the candle wax on carpet or hard surface such as a table top or floor.Wipe up the wax as it melts with a towel or cloth.Make sure not to overheat the carpet or the surface.
Hair dryer is great for removing wax on a hard surface and iron is the solution for removing wax from fabric(table cloth).Place newspaper on both sides of the fabric to blot up the wax once it melts from ironing over the news paper with a medium hot iron.Replace news papers as needed.
Please note that you definitely do not want to use a hair dryer on anything flammable.

Usually if it dries you can simply pull it out of the carpet. Easy come easy go stain!

Hey thanks for the information. I never knew this before. Only had wax on a carpet one time and it was just a small amount I was able to get it out of the carpet with little or no problem. If I ever have a bigger problem I will be able to use your advice.

It is really a good method. I ever droped wax on my pillow tower when I read book in the light of candle. It has been there for 5 years, I will try if I can remove it with hair dryer. I will use some tissue to soak when I warm up the wax with hair dryer. Thank for you post.

Another great and very helpful tip from my friend roshand! :) Thank you! I've had this problem for the longest time, not just on carpets (which by the way I don't have :D ) but on clothes as well. And to think the answer has been practically right under my nose, a hair dryer! :)
