a gay old time

Do you think its okay to ask someone if they are gay/lesbian or not? I think its a little innapropriate because it doent concern them but i will answer someone if they ask me.A builder i know asked me recently and it was the way he asked me which was annoying,he was like "are you umm..." i said "am i what?"he couldnt just say "lesbain" like it was some sort of dirty word.If he had just said to me "are you a lesbian?" i would have been totally honest with him and said yes,not that its any of his business!

It's totally okay to ask. In fact I wish a lot of people would ask instead of just kinda tip toeing around it like this builder did. Much less time would be wasted I feel.

yeah, if he had just come out and said it, i wouldnt have had a problem, but since he went about it in such a wussy way, it just bugged me

i'm the type of person that doesnt tell people that im a lesbian right away or tell anything about my personal life right off the bat, but if someone were to ask me i wouldnt care at all. I would say hell yes i'm a lesbian with pride.

How rude that builder is! For me, yeah it is just ok to ask someone about his gender. It is better than making any speculations about him. So better ask him ans for sure he will answer honestly depending on the way you give the question.
