My EON Card Problem

for more than two weeks i wasn't able to used my card even lifting the limit of my paypal account and also withdrawing my funds that was deposited by my sister. i am wondering why? so i called their hotline to verify but unfortunately no one answers my call, i used my mobile because don't have landline here. i lost some peso on my load because i tried calling their hotline many time and only answering machine accommodate me. so i asked help from a friend in manila to call the hotline for me. my friend texted me that the hotline advised her that i will call the branch where i pick-up my card, so i call the branch and inquire them what happened? they try to look the possible reason and this afternoon i received feed back from them that my card was not activated yet because they didn't received the forms that i filled up before the issuance of my EON card. i said to them how come? it happened that i have a proof that i had submitted already the form because of the receipt they issued in payment of my annual fee of P350.00. until now they tracing who received the form from the branch to their head office. the branch where i submitted the forms said that they already forwarded it to their main office. who will be blame?

i'm so sorry to what had happened to you with regards to you EON card. i really can't tell who will be blamed but you said, you already submitted them your papers. how exactly did you sent them the forms? did you personally hand-carried them? if you sent them by courier, there should be a proof of delivery which states who, the person received it. if they already forwarded the forms to their main office, then it should be there now. but why it should be sent in their main office in the first place and wait for them to activate your card, if your issuing branch can do the activation? there seems to have some problems with the personnel of your issuing branch and that should be correct at once. OMG friend. That was really a bad news. Hope you'll resolve the problem soon. I think the one to blame with your situation is the bank branch itself. Maybe they weren't able to relay the forms that you've submitted to the head branch office. It's really their fault my friend. Hope that won't happen to me when I apply for my card. Good luck! HUGZ!

I think the fastest way for them to resolve the problem is to give you another form to fill up. Can't they do that so that your account would be activated? It's not your problem that they lost the form. I think they should be the one worried about the lost form and should activate your form immediately. Hope the problem would be resolve soon.

oh im sorry to hear that julyteen., i was actually trying to call the hotline of unionbank bank customer service but no one picks up the phone., i was keep on waiting for them to pick it up but unfortunately they didn't and i was really disappointed., i would like to inquire also about the expanded use number which will supposed to be given by the bank branch.,so i tried calling where i got my eon card.,but they can't give me the details about it., so meaning they don't really know what i am inquiring about., hmp! well, they should it cause they are the one who issue it,.i was really having a hard time to know the answer where could i get that expanded number for me to lift the paypal.,but up until now i still don't have the answer.,i still try to get in touch with them.,Ü
