Do you think that the paypal is the best payout in all PTC's or Post to Click sites...? some people says that ALERTPAY is the best Bank in Internet..?

I have both!
You will come across some money making sites that do not use PayPal but AlertPay and you will need to sign up anyway if you really want to use the site. I do not know which one is better(as long as they do what they're supposed to do..
)
I prefer using these online payment processors instead of cheques so as long as the sites I am using can pay by either, I'm good
