Can drinking water early in the morning empty stomach help in removing the toxins from the body? If yes what is the science behind it? Some say that if one squeezes a lemon in water and drinks it , it burns fat and removes the toxin. Are there any other methods to remove toxins? What are the other benefits of drinking water?

I believe it does remove toxins out of our body. I cultivate the habit of have lukewarm water every morning and I believe water will carry trash of our body away. If it can't be removed in time, it will do harm to our body. So it is good to have enough water every day.

Personally I drink water to lose weight, i.e. instead of taking a snack. Also, I have read some articles that drinking water before and after (NOT DURING) meals would be good for weight loss. But then it's only me :) Cheers :)

Thanks for your response. Yes water intake is related to toxins and weight loss. When there are toxins in the body, fat accumulates on it. So I guess, when toxins are removed fat is reduced too.
