There are Mexicans here?

I am not Mexican, but my husband is. He is from Cortazar, GTO. I have visited many times and love it there. We live in Florida, USA now, but hope to some day finish our home in Mexico and go there to live and open a business. My husbands family sells materiales, and I want to opn an internet cafe.
