I believe that it's a Beluga Whale.
You just might want to look it up but

Beluga Whale means White Whales in Russian.
Beluga Whales are only 15 feet long when fully grown.

I read the comments, but to me it looks like an albino dolphine
He/she, is very cute. It has to be a gentle animal, because the little girl does not look afraid. I think it is a cute picture as well. Something to get our minds working huh

Yes something to make us think a bit! I kept looking at the face and thinking,., it did not look like Flipper the dolphin to me LOL!
