The polish highway - what did they mean to do?

The news just came in at a local TV station in my country: " The polish built 2 portions of a highway but unfortunately they were at a side distance of 8 kilometers (better showed in the picture). I laughed for half an hour when i saw the news

Hey elitess! How are you?^_^ Hmm, am I going blind here or there isnt any photo attached...? The photo mustve been the punchline.LOL! In any case, if that bit of news made you laugh for half an hour, hmm, guess my sides will split from laughing as well.
