1.ice cold water - your body has to burn calories in order to heat the ice cold water back up to your body temperature. 2. milk - milk is high in calcium and calcium boost weight loss by increasing fat breakdown in fat cells. 3. green tea - green tea increases your metabolism up to 4 percent. 4.apple cider vinegar - it helps detoxify the liver which is important because liver helps to burn stored fat in your body.

Thanks for the info. All sound drinkable except for number 4 - apple cider vinegar, not fond of apples, cider or vinegar so doubt i would go for them all in one - lol

Yes me too i don't like apple cider vinegar because its too acidic for me.

thank you . i want to lose my weight ,but there are no good ways to help me to lose my weight, i just want to lose my weight by less eating or by most quantity of sport ,but quantity sports are failed because i will lose less weight,and when i stop sport,then my weight will increace again. i have a new msn with little friend in it ,fwanga@hotmail.com , do you have ones? would you add me as your friend? thank you alot! i think we will became good friend.

you can buy vinger pills .. as far as the milk goes .. its very high in fats, and the cold water .. your bodys natural temp doe s the job of heating up the water .. no extra calories are burnt doing that .ice cold water is not good for you .. if you want to burn calories just excersise plain and simple .. there is no other way around it . So my trainner has tought me

pine apple is also one of the fiber drink that will help your system clean from toxic. i eat banana in the morning before anything else. it helps. water in the morning will do cleaning. just water no food yet.

Calcium speeds up weight loss? That's very interesting. I'm somewhat skeptical about milk being healthy for weight loss, though; milk is very fattening too, isn't it? I thought the entire purpose of milk was to serve as a liquid for cows to give to their calves, so that they could fatten up for nature or whatnot. And I'm not too sure about the ice water, either. Of course water is healthy and good for weight loss (bloating is actually caused by dehydration). But I've heard that the idea of your body using calories to heat up the water is just a myth. I'm not completely confident about this but, without milk and sugar, coffee seems like another good liquid for weight loss; it speeds you up, it's a diuretic and laxative, etc.
