I've been checking Thebux.info every day for a long time now. The front page would load, but there were no ads. I was getting very sad because this site pays .03 per click. I just checked it and it's back with 10 ads!
Now to see if they actually pay when you reach $10.

Seems like a scam to me... But maybe I'll help you to reach the payout faster so we can be sure... Please PM me if you get any money from them so I know if I continue there or not.

Well that's strange, it works for me. I'll try a PM. I had another site that my link didn't work on, but I copied it into a PM and it worked.
