Good tips to lose weight?

Well, for 3 1/2 months now, I've lost 57 lbs. It is really tempting to skip meals and it is really not advisable. As I've advised most people, it is really good to increase muscle mass to increase metabolism. It is the key in losing weight. As your metabolism goes up, so is your ability to burn calories. If you take the same amount of food (for example, a complete day with 3 main meals divided into 6 small meals) you would burn more calories and fat if you have high metabolism. More often than not, it is the most overlooked aspect of losing weight. It makes you work harder if you are stronger. But of course, it would still need quality foods (balanced meals with carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins) and cardio workout for endurance. But most important of all, always keep yourself motivated. Even if you're doing the right thing but don't want to keep it up, it won't work. It has to be constant. Just go and finish it until you reach your goal. Take care!

Loosing weight is positively a challenging task.Doctors now says that walking is one of the best exercises that greatly helps in losing weight,if practised regularly.It helps the total circulation of blood throughout the body, and has a direct effect on your overall feeling of health. Other exercises including aerobics,jogging and swimming greatly benefits ,if practised regularly and with proper guidance. There are several Yogic exercises that have also the promising potential to reduce weght and ensure a balanced and disease free life. In the matter ofweight loss approach, you need to believe and practise one or two methods,with full commitment and positive attitude.

You needed to lose some weight before, so does it mean that you don't need to lose your weight now? Is your weight ok now? How did you do it? I need to lose weight and planning to go to the gym by next week and limit food intake especially rice. Have a good day and happy mylotting.

This worked for me but it may not work for you. I eat more protein than anything else. I dont eat after 6pm, my last meal is mainly protein. I chase after my two girls lol. I walk everywhere that i can. Dont cut sweets or your favorite food out completely, treat yourself once in awhile. Hope this helps

The best ways I know to lose weight are the healthy alternatives. Eating a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables and commit yourself to a physical exercise routine, such as walking. It is not a fast weight loss but if you value your life and yourself, you will exercise the utmost caution and be patient about losing weight. What about consulting a doctor for an expert opinion. Your health matters more than any diet.
