road trip

My friend and I went on our first road trip ever over the weekend. It was about 500 miles from our place, a 91/2 hour drive. It was along and seemingly endless drive but the sceneries that we passed by were very beautiful. If not for anything else, the scenes that we saw would have made the trip worth it already.
It was an experience to remember and I would definitely go on more road trips. Although, I would say that the long drive may be discouraging but seeing differnt places is worth going on these cross country trips.

I used to go on roadtrips with my family, my friends and my husband when he was still my boyfriend. We used to be so carefree, now worries. However, when I had my daughter, that all stopped. We haven't been on a roadtrip because we think that Gia is not yet up to it. Maybe soon.

yeah, we've tried to eat in one of the truckstops....not glamorous but the food is very delicioous!:)

oh yes truckies know where the good food and good value is, they have to its their life...
