Ya I have two tatoos. One of a rose on my left arm and a heart with wings on my lower right stomach. Now I'm getting one around my ankle of a celtic knot with a star. I love tatoos and they dont hurt to much. Some people like them and some people dont. I was always told be exstreamly sure of the tatoo your getting because its never comming off. And that your doing it for the right reasons and not to get back at someone.

A tatoo is permanent. Please remember how many times you have changed your hair style. Think about it.

I don't have tatoos because I can't afford one nor am I fond of needles. If I could afford it though I'd like to get at least one. The main one I'd like is a grouping of sea shells on the beach in memory of my mom who loved the shore. I'd like a second one also, but I doubt I'll ever get one. I remember years ago when my son asked if he could get one. LOL I said the same thing your Dad did - no way! So instead he went against me and settled for having his tongue pierced. At least I don't have to look at that too much.

I think it's okay to have a few tattoos. It's sexy to have a few but gross to have so many. I don't like the sight of tattoos almost covering the whole body. I did have a temporary (henna) tattoo made as a Christmas gift for a very dear friend back in 2004. It looks like a Chinese character but it's actually his inverted signature. I did think of having a real one with that same pattern but I decided against it because I'm still a bit scared about having any real tattoo. Besides if I go for that design, my boyfriend might just get jealous. I haven't yet found a design I could really go for if ever.

Dear friend, I had a tattoo on my forearm and it was done during my college days and now it is almost lost. But I do like to see those tatoos some them are really an artwork to appreciate. I had a picture of cross with a many thorns around with a picture of Christ. It was done with a blueish colour and while doing that I had to bear a bit pain too.

I have no tattoo's no, I am not against them at all but they have to look right. Too many different kinds on one part of a body can sometimes look yuck. I have debated a few times in the last couple of years about having a tattoo, but I am too chicken, the pain puts me off! My son is 16 and he keeps saying that he would like to have one done, I told him that it is up to him but to make sure that it is what he really wants as he cannot change it once it is done.

I do not think it is really bad, but it is not something that I will do as I do not like needles and frequently change my mind and once you have a tattoo it is too late to change it, because if you do then you are left with a scar. I like some of them, and not others, it all depends on the design as they are all artwork at the end of the day. I do not have any tattoos.

For me, is definitely a no-no to have a tattoo. I do not have any opinion on people who have tattoo, but I have seen people who have tattoo often regretted it. Most of it is due to career purpose (there are some companies who doesn't allow their high-ranking employees to have any form of tattoo). Thus, I do not want to take the risk of getting something permanent on my body which I will regret later in my life.

Funny you should ask, I just got my first and only tattoo at the age of 42. Though tattoo's seem to be really popular nowadays, I had never gotten one for a couple of reasons. One I felt that since it was pretty much permanent, I couldn't think of something that I wanted imprinted on my body that 50 years from now I would probally still want inked on my body. Reason Two, by the time they became popular I was well past my years of following the latest fad. All of my siblings that are younger than me had several tattoo's. They all at one point or another tried to sell me on the idea and fad. I had always refused. My sister who is in the Army, decided that when she was serving in Iraq that she would get another tattoo that included my mother's name and the names of all three daughters name and asked that me and my sister get matching ones. I still didn't want to do it but somewhat felt obligated to honor her request since she was at war. It was like I felt that was the least that I could do since everyday she had voluntarily put her life on the line for our freedom. She sent my sister and I a picture of the tattoo so that we could get one duplicated. I reluctantly got the tattoo as requested. Basically it is a scroll with the 4 names on it. My mother's and the 3 girls. Since its my mother and sisters that is something that I can live with. It was a small tribute to my sister and her service. I got it on my shoulder so it is only visible in the shower, bath or maybe in a bathing suit so I don't have to worry about it being exposed.

i think maybe you could regret it later in life.. i am not great lover of tattoos, and i don't have any myself.. i have tried fake tattoos that last couple of weeks to see if i like it (did always want butterfly lower spine.. think it would hurt lol) but on women i think makes her look cheap.. As for a man i think we can get wrong impression of him.. Especially the ones that cover them selfs in tattoos, and normally do find he don't stop at only one.. tattoos spoils a mans body, it dont impress me.. when older, it fades and go wrinkled up lol if have one, it always better to have it in a place where it can be hidden, lower arm is bad place because if you one day go for a good job, tattoo will NOT impress the boss and could stop you getting that dream job.. nice tattoo in that picture though..

To be honest, i don't share any good feelings towards tatoos, though a lot of susper stars like wearing tatoos like Beckham, spicy girls... Maybe at some moments you got the feeling to make a tatoo but after some time you are not fond of it any more and just want to get rid of it. It is even more painful to get the tatoo off your skin, wow, it hurts. Besides, tatoos make you look like a bad guy, jsut my personnal feeling FYI...
