Is protein a part of your food?

Protein is such an important part of the balanced diet. Some times we end up taking more carbhohydrates and thus ignoring protein which is essential for growth of the cells. Are you concerned about this? Do you take care that enough proteins become part of your daily food?

I pay lot of attention but still some days I cant get protein ....being having other things to eat You are right we dwell more on carbodhydrates thats not good . Drink milk daily...may be a glass it will help . I dont take non veg so cant advise u also Thanku Ganesh

Yes, I am sure I have enough protein from the foods. Because I like food made of soy bean which contain plenty of protein. Every 2 or 3 days I will have a dish made of tofu or stir-fry soy bean sprout. And I like soy bean milk and often have it in the morning, it is quite cheap here.

i pay much attention to my food and see that there is a variety of nutrition in my food. no doubt protein is included in my food because protein is very important to us. i have an egg, a bottle of milk, some fish and meat, beans every day. i think all the food mentioned is rich in protein. by the way, i like cooking. when preparing meal, i not only give my attention to the taste and color of food but also to the nutrition.

yep!protein is part of ma daily food..it's a big concern for me..i wanna have atleast on protein rich food daily...whether it might be greens or vegetables or egg..they makes me feel healthy all day long and help me to work more..it's of so much importance to me..

You right. We need all the nutrition of food to make our body keep healthy. We not only need protein, carbohydrat but also need vitamin and fat. I usually eat all kinds of nutrition food, not only protein but also carbohydrat, fat and vitamin. Vitamin, we can get from fruit and vegetable. I see many children in my country is so thin, I ask them about their food. Average from they say that they don't eat fruit or vegetable. But eat meat, fish, egg and etc. So I think we need to combine all the nutrition in our food to keep our body fit and growth well.

at home, we make sure that we have complete meal everyday.. making sure that there are 3 viands on our table during mealtime.. 1 vegetable meal, 1 fish and 1 with either, beef, pork or chicken.. these all goes with rice.. then, we have a balanced meal.. my dad always makes sure of this.. :D
