it is really hard for me to make a decision now

i am working in a Korean trading company for one year and a half. but there is no insurance and business is not good now and i can not make full use my knowledage(I major in International business and speaking English well).so i want to quilt. the fact is that I am 29 years old and i am going to married this year. I need the salary to make a living. If i quilt, i am afraid i will not find a new job soon and also it is good for a new staff in a new company to get the marriage holiday. It is really difficult for me to make a decision for me. please tell me your ideas.
