Is the site you're refering to by chance, sharepic or ucash.in?
Those are two I know of that do that. It takes a crazy load of impressions to earn anything worthwhile though.

I also know shareapic.net only. They will pay you 30 cent for every 1000 views. In order to increase your page view link all the pictures of your blog or website to your shareapic page. The good facilities are they will give you unlimited space and bandwith for unloading your picture. You can also create your different gallery for specifing your pictures. You will also get paid if you refer others. Nice idea. Happy day!

some sites like photo bucket do tht...but they pay very less for every 1000 views only they may pay u as thts really very bad...1000 views phew..
