Are you annoyed when the elevator stop at low stories in rush hour?

In rush hours, the elevator is crowded. And sometimes it will stop repeatedly at low stories such as 2-4 stories. In this situation I will be annoyed because actually some people can walk up by feet.
Are you annoyed when the elevator stop at low stories.

im scared of being alone inside the elavator. stop in the dark basement. brownout still inside the elavator alone.
