Skate boarding is so cool it is the best sport ever and pro skaters have so much talent it takes more dedication and more skill than many other sports and to see someone fully nail a trick or succession of tricks is a wondeful thing indeed dont you think? does anyone else out there skate?

the risk is one of the things that makes it so worthwhile withou the risk extreme sports would not be so interesting and give u all that adrenalin you need to keep pushing yourself. Its all about feeling the fear and doing it anyway if you walk away from it then you are lucky and talented

We take risks everyday. By hoping in our car, crossing the road, even flying these days... I dont have any stats with me but im sure that the percentage of people getting hurt or passing away doing everyday things is a lot higher than skateboarding.

Im sure your alright what i find most enjoyable about skating is how it can just get you around town really quick and its a really styly way to get places that doesnt cost a cent and is way quicker than walking and driving. Filming is cool thats awesome always good to get tricks on film. I have had a few of my moves recorded and they look awesome just to remind you that you can do it and see what it looks like on the other end. It all takes practice i have been skating for 7 or 8 years and am pretty competnet but could hardly be called a pro.

Yeah! You know it bro! Its mad how they take big slams off, say like a 14 stair handrail, and still have to guts to get up and do it again. Big ups to all the skaters out there. Awesome discusion!

yeah skating is mean as homie always slamming is a bit of a knock to your confidence but just means your more of a man if you get up and do it all over again finally nailing the trick is the best feeling .................yes..................

Hahaha, I've attempted to Skateboard and I'm soooo not getting it down. So, I give mad props to those who have mastered skateboarding and who can get the tricks down because I can't even move the board without falling off. Dirtboarding is easier for me :)...I got that down.

Good for you. It takes a lot of patience and practice I remember when i first started it took around six months for me even to be able to llie up a curb whilst moving reliably. all you have to do is just stick at it and practice daily. I was watching a tv programme and they were going on about how different it is cos your brain just tries over and over again and remembers what to do and when you finally get it right its like boom there you go thats how you do it. It is a really hard sport. And mastering it would take a natural gift and will to do it again and again and again

I love to skateboard. Right now my best trick is a nollie 3 flip....thats right a nollie 3 flip. I am a street skater I can't get enough of the street. Some of my favorite things i like to skate atr stairs, rails, loading docks, flat land, ledges, skateparks, and doing ollies over obsticles like cones and things like that. My favorite skate would have to be nyjah because he if one of the youngest pro skaters ever. I also like him because he has won so many competitions and for his age it is pretty amazing. If he is that good at such a young age now just think what he will be like when he is like 20 he will me amazing. Thats what I have to say and I love skating. Somthing to say to people just starting out..Never give up keep trying and you'll get it trust me you don't want to give up. Good luck
