I think I can, I think I can.

I subscribe to Cheryl Richardson's Life makeover e-newsletter. And every week I get a lovely little story about either something going on in her life or someone else's life that she can apply to her self-help guidance techniques. I began reading her books a long time ago and have feel in love with her words and actions. I tend to do this when I find a good read and something valuable. This weeks goal is to move past fear to joy. And ironically it applies to my thoughts lately. Or, the pessimist in me says, it might just be like horoscopes where they apply because I think it does. However it actually is, there is a power in our thoughts. Positive and negative energies drive our lives. Her take action challenge for the week consists of this. 1. Figure out something that you want to do but never had the guts to do. 2. Find what can make that desire come true. 3. Figure out how to practice how to make this desire come true. She suggests to ask yourself in a way of motivation ""If I do this one thing, what else might I be able to do in my life?" " So go ahead and challenge yourself. And tell us what your challenge will be. It doesn't have to be a huge one, just something that you want to do but never thought you could.
