a boy said me 6 months ago dat he loves me n his love is true to me n prposed to me i aceept it he didnt do anythng wdout asking to me but after 6 months he betrayed to me aksinfg dat he loves a gal which belongs to his city n left me alone while he cant live wdout me n said he wants to live both of us ?
wht should i do?
is this is true love or just time pass

I don't think it is true love. but cant say anything. It is difficult to identify true love.

Sounds to me like he wants his cake and to eat it too. Long distance relationships can be tricky. I say move on. It doesn't sound like true love to me. When it is true love, you won't have to ask the question.
