What do you do when people push food at you?
You're going out to dinner and mom puts a plate in front of your face.
or
You've already declined seconds and you get asked over and over again if you want more.
or
Somebody knows you're on a diet and they are pushing dessert at you, trying to send food home with you, etc.
Do you speak up for yourself and say no or do you take it?

I used to take it. But I think I've grown alot over the past few years and I stand up for myself more. If I don't want it I will just say no until they stop asking me. Especially if I'm trying to lose weight. If I'm in a situation where the person will be insulted if I don't take food home with me then I take it and either give it to my kids if they want it or just throw it away at home.

There is definitely a point where you have to put your foot down for your own health, sanity and/or self respect!
