Is MyLot collaborating to break its own rules?

I believe this is what is happening when MyLot sends us discussion links in our e-mail and then allows us to answer them without viewing everyone else's response. When we click on "respond to this discussion" we are taken directly to a window that does not have anything but a block to leave a response. I think this is causing many people to comment without viewing the discussion and repeating or missing the answers that were already posted. What do you think about this. Should MyLot change it rules or follow them?

I have that turned off and don't get the emails and when I get the digest I just delete it. I find it much easier to look through discussions to find those I want to respond to.
But, I like to get a heads up on discussions since I am not on MyLot all the time and I don't respond to things I am not interested in. Have a great day.
