Hi All, I am an old user of mylot, but could not login to mylot for the previous 4-5 months. When i now login, all stuff remains the same but my earnings. I cant locate that. :( The earnings page shows me a message that "We have noticed that you are a new user, ...". What should i do now? Is there a place that i can complain? All the discussions i had started earlier still seems to be there. Also, The friends i had added remains. Although the amount was not huge, still missing something you earned really hurts.. Someone please help.. Thanks in advance... (I'll be active from now... :) )

Mylot has a new policy. I believe they delete the earnings of inactive members. They sent an alert about it. Was there not alerts when you signed in?

Oh, i did not find any alert about it. Is there any way that it gets credited back once you are back to active status on mylot. This is really demoralizing.. :(

You might be able to get it back with some sweet talk and several letters and emails. It probably wouldn't be worth the effort to get it back. They don't know if members are coming back and probably don't want it in their accounts payable. It is a business decision in their favor.

Does this mean that my account is locked and further earnings will also not be payed?

It should be at the very top left of your screen, first you'll see your screen name and then • new discussion • profile • $5.52 • preferences • logout Because you've been gone a while, maybe if you log back in with your password, it won't be so hard next time. Hope this helps!! And welcome back!!

I learnt something new today. I didn't know that they would delete earnings from inactive members. There was once I was inactive for 2 months, but when I came back the earnings were still there. So I was lucky I didn't go away for too long, I guess.
