Drinking or eating while reading

Hello,Dexterous! You may drink tea while reading a book or news paper,as sipping tea slowly and reverently can alleviate tension.but eating while reading is not allowed as it leads to indigestion and other stomach problems.thanx.

I have the habit of eating while reading. I don't know the reason for this. But it became a habbit for me now.

When I get ready to go to bed for the night, I curl up with a good book, a Cherry Coke, and my snack of the moment...which is usually something completely unhealthy. It's my routine - I feel weird when I don't snack a little before bed! I can certainly read without snacking - the eating only last about a chapter or two, and I read at least 5 chapters, normally - but random snacking without reading is a foreign idea to me. I eat meals and regular desserts without reading, but I never graze or munch on chips or cookies without a book in front of me. Now THAT'S weird. I think people just associate certain things - like me with snacking and reading. It's a habit.

I feel relax when i do like that.It's hard to say why,maybe only a hobby. Accustomed to ding ,just do it. We can remember many things when we enjoy it. That's my respond.
