Any good adsense alternative?

Help... I get banned by google.. any adsense alternative which pay well? I don't like paid per mail or something like that, I want something that have similar feature (put ad to your site and get paid if someone click it)... Any idea? The one which are not too strict and pay well

Try yahoo publisher network. but you must be an american. I have not tried it. I am an Indian. You can earn dollars.
