Paypal transaction charges

Hi,
Is it true that when if you have a paypal account outside the US, for example in Asia, you'll be charged a small fee when you receive payment from PTC sites like Isabel Marco? So, let's say if you make $10, what shows up in your paypal is maybe $9 something?

It depends on your ACCOUNT. Is it personal, premier or business? Personal doesn't have any charges when you receive and send. But with premier and business, there's a corresponding transaction fees or charges.
Now, what's your Paypal account? Check it so that you'll know, for more questions regarding PAYPAL transaction visit their website, it's all written there.

if u use paypal they charge some money for trafer..!!

Oh. I was wondering about the same thing, too as I live in the Philippines. It's a good thing that you started this thread so that others could also know the right answers.
