Are you asked to sign-in to your mylot account very often?

i used to have that problem before. they would keep on authenticating my account and ask me to log in every now and then. sometimes, i would lose the discussion that i have started, or the response that i am making to a discussion because, i tend to forget and press back, but if you just log in properly, it will lead you back to the discussion that you are responding to, with your unfinished discussion. it's not so much of a problem for me because at least they didnt erase the discussion that i was starting to type, but very inconvenient. instead of spending time typing the discussion, we waste a lot of it in authenticating the account, but i dont get that problem lately. it has been a month or three weeks since the last instance.

i had the same glitch too a few hours back, i think it was about 2-3 times that i sign in again and again. but things is quite normal now in my pond. it's back to original programming now.. hahahaha lol

in the past, yes... but now, not anymore... i think they have a glitch in the past and has fixed it now... i know it is really annoying when it happens lots of time... you have to sign in everytime you want to make a post or responses... i'm glad that it doesn't happen to me again... hopefully you will stop having the problem as well... take care and have a nice day...

All right do you have a static or a dynamic connection? If you have a static, then you should be logged in in mylot all the time. The next is if you use Firefox, do you also have noscript as an add on and do you allow mylot as a safe site. After that, when you log in do you check the box that says "allow me to log on to this site forever or never log me off." It also could be that you mistakenly checked mylot as a bad site or if you receive email from mylot or messages, put it in spam folder. What I do is to put myLot in my address book, and allow it. The other point is if someone else used your computer who has a different user name and logged you off and logged themselves in and forgot to log themselves off when they left.

I faced this kind of problem but now I don't have this problem anymore. I also did not know why,last time I was often asked to log in again after I had posted some discussions. I was automatically signed out after a few minutes I was inactive in Mylot. But now the problem was solved and I did not how it happen

Hi Smilyn! Yeah, that has happened to me too. It asked me several times to log in my account after responding to some dicussion. I dunno what happened. I just leave it that way for a couple of days. The last time I logged back in, it was already okay. I don't really know what happened to that. I just thought it has something to do with the server or site. However, I must admit I was pissed by it. It's really pissing especially when you have to do things over again. I remembr, there was even a time when I really can't log in eventhough I'm pretty sure that I'm supplying the right username and password. I dunno why. I thought my account was locked....hehehe! This thing happened to me thrice but right now, things are going fine. I'm just new here and I can't do copy paste. There was a time when I was writing, making a disucssion rather then when I have to paste it, I realized I'm not able to do it yet unless I reached a certain number of entries. I really felt so bad about it. I have to do things over again and since I was no longer in the mood to do it, I decided not to make one...hahahaah! It's my loss though but that's okay. It was before. I don't really check my mylot account. I only do it if I hve the time.

Sounds like you might need to do an Update, or reset your Cookies somewhere on your computer so it will remember your password, and such so that you can continue to stay in myLot. I am always logged in here, and even when I use my Laptop from time to time, I continue to be logged in there as well. I have never logged out, and never reset my cookies either. Wishing you the best as I am sure that can be annoying for sure.

it was happenning to me for few days after the new layout of mylot. i was getting logged off many times. i reported this to mylot. now it is resolved

use Firefox. It is the best browser around here. It won't annoy you much as other browsers do.

When you log in there is a small boz that asks if this is public computer. If you tick on that then you will be asked to sign in if there are a few minutes of inactivitity. I log in from my computer everyday and do not have this problem.

I have no problem when ever I log on the my lot on my personal computer at home I have no problem. When I start it is automatically log on. I never found disconnection with the mylot automatically. Some time after posting a disfussion it takes some time to get back for tag. I think there some system which scrutinize the discussion according to their rules and if OK than tag and submit. No problem.

Hello smilyn I am sorry to hear that.It is really bother to us if our accounts are logined out before we post a response.I also meet this kind of bad experience before on mylot.It happened during the updating of the mylot.I always need sign into my account if i want to post the comments.But in the subsequent days.It worked okay again.Maybe it is only a systme error, please don't worry. I think it will be okay soon.. good luck

May be you are selecting the private computer checkboox when logging in. If you select that it logs you off for every 5 minutes of inactivity. Hope this helps buddy

When I open the site I am already logged in. I never log out, I live alone and hardly ever anyone use my computer but me. Until the grands come over on the weekend.

nope. i am auto signed in so i dont get to be asked very often, except if i did erase all browsing history..
